Ripley took it off two days ago. I was camping for two weeks and didn't see these two email warnings on July 18. And since the package isn't on cran anymore, I don't have access to the real error message. At one point, it was failing on one of the linux builds, but none of the other linux & nonlinux builds.
Dear maintainer,
Please see the problems shown on
https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_codified.html.
Please correct before 2022-08-08 to safely retain your package on CRAN.
It seems we need to remind you of the CRAN policy:
'Packages which use Internet resources should fail gracefully with an informative message
if the resource is not available or has changed (and not give a check warning nor error).'
This needs correction whether or not the resource recovers.
For the record, the failures are
diagnostics:
Can't subset columns that don't exist.
