0.3.0 not available in pypi #13

Last official release to pypi is 0.1.0. Readthedocs latest has 0.3.0 which is confusing. Could you release 0.3.0 to pypi ? I would like to get rid of git+https://github.com/OzymandiasTheGreat/python-libinput.git#egg=python-libinput in my requirements.txt
