The scope of this issue is to create a Docker container that contains a functional copy of this repository. It's the only piece of software for the server that is not Dockerized.

The Docker container should be build off one of the many nginx/SSL-ready docker containers on the internet. It's going to be critical that P2P VPS servers have a domain name and an SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt. So if this feature is built on top of a Docker container that easily provides an SSL certificate, then all that needs to be customized is downloading this repository and building it.
