Kong Dashboard latest version 3.6.0 is not allowing to create/update a group

Issue summary

Hi Team,

Not able to add groups in the latest kong-dashboard 3.6.0
create button is not enabled to add any groups to existing consumers
not able to rollback to old version also as 3.1.0 is not available in github

Your environment

• Kong version = 0.12.
• Kong Dashboard version = 3.6.0
• Node version = v6.9.1
• Npm version = 3.10.8
