Update linked resources: Remove GETevidence and add "All of Us"

• Obtain list of available rsIDs considered in All of Us (might need registration to get access to the VAT files?)
• Create database for All of Us with the same schema as current (simple list of rsIDs that are present in resource)
• Replace references to GETevidence in code to AllOfUs
• Update report templates if needed, with correct texts and labels
• Make sure link generator generates links in the format: https://databrowser.researchallofus.org/variants/rs169547
