iOS Client does not update #20

iOS client seems to have isNotifying always true, but does not update.

To try:

Double-check iOS bluetooth setup
Check for flutter_blue bug on iOS
Toggle notifying off then on

It works on the first run after phone boot. Subsequent runs don't work.

The following actions work to restart the updates:
✅ Rebooting the phone works
✅ Restarting the Raspberry Pi server works

The following actions do not work to restart the updates:
❎ Uninstalling and re-installing the app does not work
