Add CashOnDelivery Cost in order email totals

Hi,
In cart page and checkout page, the cashOnDelivery cost is listed in order totals.
But in order confirmation email, the cost is not listed in totals, but in the Payment Method section. This is a little confusing for customers, because the order total analysis is missing the cashOnDelivery cost.
Is there a way to add it there?

It should be shown already. The total is visible to me in both the totals and additionally in the payment method.

Are you using a custom email template, maybe?

I came back for this because I can't find a solution.

I'm using the default order email template app/locale/en_US/template/email/sales/order_new_guest.html

Do you have any suggestions on debugging this?
I have tried many possible solutions, but nothing worked.
