Check full_name on Register if he has special_characters #2933

If a user is trying to register a new account, phpfx is checking the full_name for special_characters.

But why? The full_name is not using for the url parameter. it is the user_name, issn't it?

So, why issn't it allowed to use special chars like "!@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|<>" for the full_name?

I also can not use these cpecial chars on updating my profile full_name.
