Existing account doesn't show when trying to add admin to pages or group

What's happened?

When trying to add an existing accounts as admin to pages / group, it can't find some accounts

Steps to reproduce:

1. type in a name to search and not everyone will show.

What's expected?

Should be able to see every account, but does not.

Browsers and Devices tested

Hi @prepperz

Please make sure the user is your friend. Because you only can search users in your friend list to assign as Admin.

I'm automatically everyone's friend by default. Also the account searched for is a core group of people on the team and we're already friends.

Just trying to understand...nerd isn't the page owner in the above example? Because the Page Owner does not show, only the page admins (PAGES or GROUPS).
