Linker Error in SHL

I have a below simple ST code:

   FUNCTION main : DINT
       var
       num1 : dint ;
       end_var
       num1 := SHL(16#2345, 16);
           num1 := SHL(4, 16);
   
   END_FUNCTION

During comilation of the above code with rusty, I am getting below linker error:

/usr/bin/ld: /tmp/.tmpYXQ3VI/SHL_que.o: in function `main':
SHL_que.ST:(.text+0xc): undefined reference to `SHL__BOOL'
/usr/bin/ld: SHL_que.ST:(.text+0x1b): undefined reference to `SHL__BOOL'
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
error: An error occured during linking

Codegen Error: Compilation aborted due to previous errors

The command I used to build the above code is:

 plc ../../libs/stdlib/iec61131-st/*.st SHL_que.ST --linker=clang -o Test -liec61131std

Any idea/help on this?

I wonder why it's trying to find a BOOL version of SHL here since the numbers are both DINT.
I'll try it out and report back.

So the problem is that SHL is defined only for ANY_BIT types in the norm, and the numbers used here are treated as DINT
This is a bug, since we should be able to define numbers as have them treated as bit for bit only operations.
The fact that the generic resolver also reverted to BOOL is strange.
This code will work but it's oviously had to change a project to behave like this:

   FUNCTION main : DINT
       var
       num1 : dint ;
       end_var
       num1 := SHL(WORD#16#2345, WORD#16);
           num1 := SHL(WORD#4, WORD#16);
   
   END_FUNCTION
