Improve reporting of CFC issues

CFC Issues are not reportable as text since the source location indicates a block with id and execution number.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should extend all error reporters to show a location entry for the CFC element instead of trying to read the info from XML
Bonus points for displaying the blocks as ASCII but that's a different beast all together :)
