The following should work but does not:

pn = op.network.GenericNetwork()
coords = [
    [1, 1, 0],
    [2, 2, 0],
    [1, 2, 0],
]
op.topotools.extend(network=pn, pore_coords=coords)

And similarly, sending conns also breaks if no previous conns are present.
