最佳解是縮網址，看起來清爽
防止有心人 curl get 太多次會導致某一片點擊數爆掉，可能 DB 也會爆掉，要對 userId 加密，甚至影片的 url, id 都要加密

google 縮網址會不能用...
好像是因為網站是 18 禁的關係
