Very low hashrate (1.36 MH/s on 1080Ti)

Running the container in WSL2 on Windows 11 with a 1080Ti card and I'm seeing very low hashrate (1.36MH/s) compared to just running it natively on Windows (40MH/s). Any thoughts on what I might try to tweak?
