Clustered education

Some cities seem to have very clustered data such that most of the city does not have education opportunities at all (e.g. Belgrade).

Potential reason: The area that is defined in the extraction progress (based on the English city name) is not the same as the area defined in the extraction progress of administrative.

Potential solution: Instead of using the English city name as input for extracting the data, use the bounding box of the administrative city shape.
