Value of C1, C3, C4, C5, C6, C8, C9, C10 are incorrect on the schematic. Correct values:
C1 and C6 - 0.047uF
C3, C4, C5, C6, C8, C9, C10 - 0.33uF
As recommended in Texas Instruments datasheet of MAX3232 rev. June 2017
Also need to add one 10uF 25v 0805 alongside C2 and C7 or the MAX3232 will not rise the voltage.
