Populate a notebook repository with signal generation simulations with SimEx.

Pull data from the instrument simulation database
Pull target/sample data from NOMAD or PDB or ...
Setup detector geometry
Perform the simulation
Store simulated data in nexus format
Deposit on suitable db (cxi-db?)
