The data custodian would like to set the colours for CSV points using JSON tableStyle (without displaying extra variables in the legend).

o CSV styling is really dependent on how columns get detected by Terria. It does some really clever stuff for more complicated types of data and then when things are basic it tends to not do stuff as well which is really annoying. At the moment there is nothing to hide the legends on a CSV (although there is in mobx because it was added it last week!).
