Bug Report : unable to update profiles for any user role

Describe the bug
This mentions all type of profiles, user, admin and super admin. There is a birthday date issue preventing to update profiles properly. Along with that, except user profile, no other profiles have simplified user friendly error messages making users hard to understand what the required fields are.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in as user, admin, superadmin
2. Go to their profiles
3. Try to update fields and save changes
4. See the error regarding birthday pops up.

Expected behavior
Should be updated without error

Actual behavior
Unable to update
