Make the Docusaurus Site UI/UX match that of https://docs.talawa.io

Issue

The NavBar, Left Nav don't match https://docs.talawa.io in these areas:

1. Font sizes
2. Text spacing
3. NavBar colors, and text decoration
4. image logo size

Other:
The https://docs-admin.talawa.io site needs to:

1. match for consistency
2. maintain its NavBar only home page
