HTML tags are wholly unpredictable of location and possibly order. Possibly need to read in as a single text file; split on just everything after the pre tag, end at either /pre or /html whichever comes first, and then do a splitlines on the remaining corpus for processing, because THIS IS NUTS.

URL is also unpredictable despite predictions.
