Issue Description

Mantis blades are able to continue to parry while in stamina crit.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to not be able to perform actions as that is what stamina crit generally does.

What happened instead?

I was able to spam parry while in stamcrit with mantis blades active, even if it accomplished nothing stunwise as the additional stam damage made me stay in stamcrit it prevented large amounts of damage from coming through.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

If someone is incapacitated through stamina damage, they should be unable to act as is intended with stam crit.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Get a pair of mantis blades and install them.
2. Get stamcrit by something.
3. Spam parry while in stamcrit and be able to block attacks that continue happening to you.

When did the problem start happening?

As of round 43556, likely has been something since they were introduced.

I believe this is a visual bug, you don't /actually/ parry. worth confirming though
