We want to have consistent style on all data-testid elements

Install this eslint rule: https://github.com/testing-library/eslint-plugin-testing-library/blob/main/docs/rules/consistent-data-testid.md
Configure it to require kebab-case on all data-testid
Update the code to pass linting
Update the tests to refer to the new style of testid
