New filter system, parametric search, table improvements and more

Up from commit eebe4f6 Part-DB offers a completly new filter system, for parts, log entries and attachments.

It is located in a collabsible panel above the part table and offers to filter the shown parts by many properties.

One of the possibilites is to filter by Part parameters, which allows you to select parts on their parameters (parametric search)

Filtering also works for log entries and attachments.

Other minor changes are:

• Autocomplete for Parameters (so you can reuse a parameter easily on other parts)
• Preview rendering for parameter symbols
• Column visibility is now properly saved across multiple pages (so you can add additional table columns to your part tables and they stay even on other part tables). This setting is saved locally in the browser.
• Selection of parts via checkboxes, instead of clicking the whole line (which often caused accidential selections)
• Tables can now be ordered by the total amount
• Some improvement to rendering of table columns
• Search function is now searching also in ordernr. and the manufacturer part number
