Newmap: postinst does not report success/failure correctly #5

Reports successful installation even when it fails - we should monitor the return codes for the commands to see if they were successful or not and report success/failure correctly.

for now, I have tried to match it with the tile's path. Now if tile will be available there only then the it will show the congratulations message.

Ok - it does not say 'congratulations' anymore....now when it fails it says nothing - maybe an error message would be good?
