SBGN layout

Description of new feature

Implement a procedural layout for SBGN networks. The algorithm should be rule-based, and it should highlight the DAG-like structure of subgraphs, cycles, etc. Much of the configuration options would be similar to DAG layouts.

Motivation for new feature

Force-directed layouts tend to hide the flow of an SBGN pathway figure.
