Extending TV-Browser support

Program to record will now be highlighted, marked with tvstreamrecord color and icon and shown in tree view. Records can be canceled again directly from TV-Browser. TSRPlugin >= 1.0.3 required.

Secondary URL added in advanced configuration for simultaneous recording.

If you have two similar stream sources (different IPs but same stream path), secondary URL will be substituted if the primary URL is already busy.

Marking is persistent and will be restored on every TV-Browser start

Adding secondary URL for similar devices

Adding secondary (alternative) URL for using with ffmpeg (host:port only)

If a ffmpeg record is already running, this URL would be substituted and used for any following record.

Plugin download URL: https://github.com/Pavion/TsrPlugin/releases
No automatic install yet, JAR should be copied into /plugins folder of TV-Browser.
TvStreamRecord URL (e.g. http://10.140.1.10:8030) should be specified in TV-Browser plugin settings (w/o last backslash).
Channel sync uses channel name, make sure your channels are named as in TV-Browser.
