Cross compiling from X86 > ARM can fail, guide is missing the needed toolchain.

i suppose that compiling with gcc-aarch64 (and the neon libraries) is suffice, do u have problems?

Sadly the Neon library is what is missing, i'm currently trying to identify what package it is under on the AUR
