what's the background and purpose of the work

Hi, I'm interested in both Koopman-based MPC and reinforcement learning. But I found it hard to connect these two concepts together until I came to this repo. However, since there's not a well-written readme, it's hard for me to follow. Can you nicely write some words about the background and purpose of the repo? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your interest! The research is still in progress but I will certainly be updating the repository as time goes on. The goal would be to have a simplistic package for people to use. Stay tuned!
