qmllive does not recognize updated qml extensions

Hi,

This is more of a feature request than anything else, when you develop qml plugins, qmllive will not recognize updated qml plugins, and if you change the qml and save it, it will not reload qml plugins. I think the tool would greatly benefit from the ability to sense and reload on qml plugin updates ;).
