Speed up testing workflow

Our testing workflow has really started slowing down as we've added more and more pieces to it. It would be nice if we could stream line it in some way. Either splitting each module's test to run in parallel and letting other things like code coverage run separately.

Mostly because it can sometimes take 10-15 minutes to see that a testing workflow fails right now. Long enough to stunt productivity but not long enough to context switch to another problem.
