Release Workflow Not Triggering When Switching from "Pre-Release" to "Set as Latest Release" #51

When switching from a pre-release to a release, the release workflow isn't retriggered properly.

Currently, the release needs to be deleted and then created again without making it a pre-release to run.

Ideally, make the full release workflow work on the switch from pre-release to release.
