Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to use the GPT response in the macro to do certain things with it. Specifically, to create journal entries automatically from the response.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option for the constructPrompt and sendPrompt API calls to allow for returning the response
