There is need to be able to view information about the running Essentials program that is currently available via custom console commands in a more user friendly way

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a class that starts an HTTPS webserver to host a web application and expose information about the running Essentials application such as:

• plugin versions
• device list
• device details (props, methods, fb)
• device connectivity status (ICommunicationMonitor status)

Web application should likely be a simple Angular/React App
