[FEATURE]-Override Accessory Button properties for IRSetTopBoxBase

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not every IR file we receive has a KEYPAD_ENTER or a DASH option, but if we use a keypad and expect to have to swap out to multiple device manufacturers, we are stuck with those interfaces. There's no way to copy / paste new IR commands in DEAL, so we are stuck with what's available and you can't assign One IR code to duplicate actions

add configuration properties to SetTopBoxPropertiesConfig to allow for overriding the accessory button commands.

Create new IR files - but not always possible.
