Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often when debugging the spew of information to the console is too much to be useful.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Add the ability to turn on / off debug for each device or globally.
  • Add the ability to record debug state by device to file to enable debugging at boot

This issue belongs in PepperDash/Core where the Debug classes reside
