Incorrect author assignment of Isaac I Comnenus, Emperor of the East 1005-1061 for textgroup tlg2993.

The correct Isaac Comnenus Philologus is (http://viaf.org/viaf/26959009/). I will fix this in the data when we are done transitioning.
