Hi,
Two small things seem to be incorrect in the Example code:

"marked as # missing (defined = N)" -> should be defined = M,
In command array_2D <- array_2D_from_df(df, LM_column = "LM", specimen_column = "file_name", X_column = "X", Y_column = "Y", Z_column = "Z"), df should be landmark_df.
