Will need a fetcher on the page to do the following:

Handle the deletion of the image in Cloudinary
Handle the image form (multipart/formdata)
Make the change in the DB to the new image source
Refresh the page / component to reflect the change

Ideas

Could make this its own route inside the review.tsx or (eventual) bottle.tsx route
