Let HTMLViewer pass the ACID1 test #373

What do you suggest?
The THTMLViewer component should pass (at least) the ACID1 test[1][2].

What are the benefits?
Correct display of all CSS 1.0 features.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?
r480, Delphi XE, Windows 7

This issue may be a meta-issue for all parts, which are currently not correctly 
supported by HTMLViewer.
