Dear Ferry,
When I try to import my sample layout, for one of my own studies, I get this error message.

Could you please attach the file you are trying to upload and the name of the assay?

The name of the assay is VAS questionnarie (Study, Havtornprojekt M208) in the questionnarie modul

I just realized that the attached file may be useless. Can I email the file in excel format to you?

The Excel file in the zip is a feature list.
You should import it via Import -> Features (https://dashin.eu/interventionstudies/SAMImporter/upload?importer=Features&module=Questionnaire).

Some background information:

Sample = subject + sample type (design page)
Assay = group of samples linked to a module
Feature = measured parameter
Platform = group of features
Measurement = sample + feature + value
