Add support for rich text formatting in lists

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the text editor does not support rich text formatting options (bold, italic, underline, etc.) within lists. It would be useful to apply these formatting styles directly to list items to improve readability and note organization.

Its not very high on my priority list right now, but I am aware multiple people want formatting in lists.
There are just a few issues I first have to look at in order for the underlying datamodel to correctly support this
