As noted here:
If possible, I suggest un-hardcoding this limitation so that engineers can viably use other kinds of weapons (like RA3's combat engineer).
Possible Implementation:
I recommend having it enabled by default since no
engineer=yes
infantry in vanilla use weapons other than DefuseKit and VirtualScanner.Otherwise, it could be enabled via setting the following tag to
True
