More (sensible) volume sliders

Description

In RA2 we have three volume sliders; music (fair enough) everything else. and EVA. It would be nice to split the everything slider into pieces; one slider for ambient environment, one for building sounds, one for unit sounds, unit quotes et cetera. It could be chosen in rules which sound belongs to which slider.
