希望能够增加开发文档。前面commit屡次失败，读了源码才知道该怎么commit🤣

OK，这块确实是有所疏忽。picgo的项目使用 https://github.com/PicGo/bump-version 来提交代码，后续会补充一下文档

嘶... 前面那个commit是我手动提交的，等会可能版本号还得改一下
