How were the holidays generated in basc.ex?

Im seeing some missing holidays like Christmas 2021 is missing.

Here are the 2021 holidays:

        "January 1, 2021",
        "April 2, 2021",
        "April 5, 2021",
        "May 3, 2021",
        "May 31, 2021",
        "August 30, 2021",
        "December 27, 2021",
        "December 28, 2021",

Was this meant to be used as "reliable" for holidays or was this just to be used as an example?
