Triggers

This issue is part of #18794 and includes five account‑level event sources selected for broad relevance across the Pipedream user base. Each of the following events should trigger a workflow run:

• New account created
• Account ownership changed
• Account status changed (e.g., moved to a new segment or marked as at risk)
• New contact added to account
• Account marked inactive or reactivated

These triggers will power workflows that respond to important changes in Microsoft Dynamics accounts.

Context

The original issue (#18794) included many triggers specific to a single use case. We’ve revised the list to focus on the most generally useful events. This is ticket 1 of 3 (Group 1) covering key account‑level triggers.
