Device freeze and restart automatically

I have poco x3 pro , and i have flash pixel plus ui 1 month before , i have some problem form till i install this rom , previously you told me to update to latest version .
I have install latest version on pixel plus ui 4.7 , but the problem is remains same .
When i was using my phone the screen freeze's and phone is restart , it happed 3-5 time every day .
2. Why it is not sported fast charging 33 watt. It takes 100 min to charge my phone and previously it takes less than 60 .
