It looks like at one point there were some styles to make the year plan "swatches" black when that plan is active.

The "enacted plans" column does have an active state, but the "Election Years" does not.

Noting here so I don't forget about it.

Nice find.

I poked into this and from these JS lines I found this relevant discussion: Plan vs. Election view of state page · #94 · PlanScore/PlanScore

On Jan 8th, the discussion captures that they're removing election views.

I have no other context.... so... enjoy. 😜
