【BUG】出现「自动跳过休息」 #69

系统：Win10 LTSC
现象：在没有任何跳过休息设置下，仍然会出现自动跳过休息，且无任何提醒。
复现：有随机性，较难复现，一般出现首次开启软件前几轮休息。
